How can life coaching help me find clarity and direction?

Sometimes we can't see the wood for the trees. We find ourselves too close to problems that we can't see the bigger picture. This is where a coach comes in - to help you find a new perspective and have a clearer view of the situation.

What's the difference between a coach and counsellor/therapist?

A coach works with individuals seeking growth, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A counsellor/therapist is trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders (e.g. depression, PTSD) using evidence-based methods.

How many sessions would I need?

The number of sessions needed would depend on several factors including your goals. Once we've decided that we're a good fit to work together, we will explore the best options to move forward.

I'm really keen on coaching but I'm scared to start. What should I do?

It's normal to be afraid of the unknown. In our discovery call, we will explore areas that are potentially holding you back from the progress you seek. Once we've decided that we're a good fit, we will explore what the coaching journey ahead might look like. The decision to proceed is yours. 

What if I change my mind about coaching after a few sessions?

When I onboard a new client, my time is blocked for the duration of their package. As such, refunds cannot be given.

What's the benefit of working with a certified & credentialed coach?

Today the term 'Coach' is used very broadly. Some people call themselves coaches even if they’ve never had any formal training or certification processes. I have invested in and completed training through the International Coaching Institute, an accredited coach training program by the International Coach Guild (ICG). As an ICG Credentialed coach, I have completed stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a commitment to the highest coaching standards.

How are coaching sessions held?

All sessions are held via Google Meet. Holding sessions online is a powerful way for us to connect with each other. I find that clients are free to show up fully in the privacy of their own home/room. Together we create a safe, judgement-free space for you!
