Most people prefer to operate within their comfort zone rather than venture into the unknown. The comfort zone offers safety and security, whereas the outside seems scary, unsafe and risky. However, there is NO GROWTH in the comfort zone. It will always be the same old same old there.
Growth outside the comfort zone can be made less scary
through an understanding of how our brain works.
In this session, we will look at the steps needed to step outside the comfort zone, strategies to keep going through the discomfort, and what needs to happen for this cycle to repeat successfully. We’ll also look at how to make it so you’ll feel so energised, you’ll want to do it again and again – because YOU KNOW YOU CAN!
Personality Grooming
Personality grooming is one of the most essential aspects of a modern day man. The way you conduct yourself or dress, reflects a part of your personality. Therefore, it is very important to be well groomed in order to help people decipher your nature. This course covers personality grooming rules that you should follow to give others the right view of your personality and to help them understand how to be well groomed.
Decision Making 101
Life is full of choices. Some are easy [e.g. deciding what to have for dinner] and others, more serious [e.g. choosing a career]. Regardless of how important a decision is, good decision making skills are useful in life, especially if you feel indecisive about something and it’s getting you down.
In this course you will get tips on how to make good decisions, and find out what to do when you can’t figure out a plan.
Behaviour Profile for Communication
Have you heard the term ‘treat others the way you want to be treated?’ Research has found that we all have our own expectations of how we want to be treated. In order to develop great inter-personal skills, we need to treat people the way THEY want to be treated.
This is where behaviour profiling becomes important.
In this course, we will look at 4 behaviour styles, how to recognize them, what their communication styles and needs are.
You will also get to use a behaviour profiling tool to find out YOUR style and needs in communication.
